Huge congratulations to Lorraine Scanlon and the Kerry Ladies on winning the Munster final and to John Bell who played with the Kerry North Under 15 development squad in the Munster championship at the weekend.

Fixtures & Results


Knocknagoshel will play Ballyduff on Thursday 13th July at 7.30pm in Moyvane in a North Kerry League Play off. 

Knocknagoshel will also play Asdee on Saturday 15th July at 7.30pm in Knocknagoshel in the county league. Please come along and support the team.


Knock/Brosna lost to Beale on Thursday 6th July on a score line 7-17 to 4-8. The team will play Ballydonoghue in a back game next week with a date to be fixed.

Under 16's:

Knock/Brosna/Duagh has good wins recently in the County League division 3B against Listowel Emmets and Beaufort.

Under 9's:

Knocknagoshel under 9's will take part in the u9 blitz in Ballydonoghue on Saturday 15th July at 10.30am.


The lotto draw for a jackpot of €6200 was held in O'Connor's Bar on Saturday night last. The numbers drawn were 7, 8, 22 and 23. There was no winner of the jackpot. The five lucky dips of €30 each went to John Joe O'Connor Knocknagoshel, Caz Somers Knocknagoshel, Cormac O'Connor Knocknagoshel, Helen Lyons Ahane and Patrick J Enright Knocknagoshel. The next draw for a jackpot of €6300 will be held in Walsh's Bar on Saturday August 5th at 10p.m. Tickets are available from usual sellers, the bars and post office and from Kieran's XL. Kellogg's GAA Cul Camps.

Not long left now until The Kellogg's GAA Cúl camps will take place in Knocknagoshel from Monday July 24th until Friday July 28th. We encourage all kids in the area to attend this fun filled week of GAA. Each child that attends gets a free GAA Jersey, Training Top and Backpack.
